Job vacancy: Sales Assistant at Woolf & Rose

Woolf & Rose is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused sales assistant to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide personalised advice and ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and offering them personalised, expert advice on fashion and style.
- Helping customers choose the right size and fit, so that every customer leaves satisfied.
- Maintaining the shop display and presenting all garments attractively.
- Assisting with day-to-day shop activities, such as restocking and managing the till.
- Answering customer enquiries and providing excellent service, both in-store and over the phone.

Job requirements
- Experience in retail, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, helpful attitude.
- A passion for fashion and a good sense of style and trends.
- Ability to provide personalised advice and help customers find their ideal outfit.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment, with occasionally varying working hours.
